 Functional Features

1 Lower Body Assembly

下车总成由底座,油箱和动力单元液压组件,转向机构组件,电池及其他和相关液压,电气元件组成。

The lower body assembly is composed of chassis, oil tank and hydraulic power unit components, steering mechanism components, batteries and other related hydraulic and electrical components.


The walking mode is driven by motor, equipped with high-load solid rubber tires, which meet the requirements of vehicles running in different environments. The walking mechanism has self-braking function when driving at slopes, and clutch device to facilitate towing in case of failure.

 


The steering mechanism is a connecting rod steering type driven by hydraulic cylinders, which enables the machine to have an ultra-compact inner turning radius and enables the platform to adapt to narrow environments.

 

2 Articulated Boom Assembly


The composite mechanism of folding boom and sleeve telescopic boom makes the movement is used to make the movement of the mechanism more flexible and improves the work efficiency.


Using high strength materials reduces the weight of the entire articulated boom assembly, and increases the stability of the machine.

 

3The Electrical System


The electrical system adopts the control system provided by PG Tronic Company in the United States, and adopts the CAN bus control technology. The chassis and the platform are respectively equipped with the control panel, besides, the platform is also equipped with the display, and the turntable and the platform controller are communicated by CAN bus to realize the control of the machine action.

 

Main functions of electrical system:

Steering and driving control of the chassis; The rotation of the turntable, the rise and fall of the articulated boom and the telescopic action of the extended boom.

 

Implemented security protection measures:

 

The control system integrates the tilt sensor device to limit the machine's rise and walk under dangerous ground conditions;

 

Overload alarm system, it will warn automatically if the machine exceeds the safety load capacity;

 

The handle integrates the interlock switch to prevent the machine from acting if touching accidentally;

 

When the machine loses power, the ground operator can use the equipped hand pump to retract the telescopic arm;

 

When the machine is in the raised state, it is automatically limited to low speed driving;


The two wheels are automatically locked when parking, and when driving, it will release the brake automatically to the hydraulic pressure.

 

4 The Hydraulic System


The hydraulic system is driven by pump and powered by accumulator directly. The hydraulic assembly uses components provided by Hydraforce of the United States, and adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to realize the smooth action of the machine. The walking has high and low levels.

 

The lifting cylinder is equipped with a buffer mechanism to make the end action of descending smooth; The balance valve on the cylinder ensures that it wont fall automatically when the oil tube breaks;

 

Leveling the cylinders ensures that the working bucket can keep balance automatically during the entire working phase;

 

The machine cylinders are equipped with emergency down valve, which can lower the platform at a steady speed in case of accidental failure and power shortage to ensure the safety of personnel.
